We hope you are enjoying your time onboard.

As you may be aware, Tropical Storm Ampil is making its way towards the Port of Baoshan. As a safety precaution, local authorities have decided to suspend all port operations until Monday, July 23, 2018, which unfortunately impacts our planned arrival. As a result, July 22nd will now be a sea day, and we’ll arrive in Shanghai (Baoshan) on Monday, July 23rd, where you may depart the ship as early as 8:00 AM. We are sorry for the impact this has on your vacation, but are happy to have you onboard for an extra day!

Please know, Royal Caribbean has purchased insurance of “Pacific Cruise Liner Journey Safe” from China Pacific Property Insurance Company Shanghai Branch, to cover certain itinerary changes caused by force majeure events. Guests are entitled to claim insurance compensation of 600 RMB per person, if the itinerary change affected their previously planned air, train or long distance bus travel accommodations, resulting in the loss of the accommodation for the day. The payment will be based on the actual expenses, and the maximum is 600 RMB per person.
