關於海洋奇蹟號香港出發航次的重要消息

尊敬的皇家加勒比旅客，
感謝您一直對皇家加勒比的支持，自全球疫情大流行後我們一直在努力使全球船隊恢復服務。當我們審查和分析行程計劃時，我們決定重新定位海洋奇蹟號，由原定計劃在 2022 年底提供從中國香港和上海出發的航次，將調配至從美國佛羅里達州奧蘭多（卡納維拉爾港）出發，為我們的客人提供最好的體驗。但不幸的是，我們非常遺憾需要取消原定的航次。
我們深明您為計劃是次旅程花上了許多時間和精力，為此我們對您的假期計劃受到的影響深表歉意。對是次受影響的旅客，我們將提供以下兩種方案選擇：
1. 如您希望轉移到“海洋光譜號”未來航次：
· 香港居民可以在 2021 年 12 月至 2022 年 3 月期間轉乘“海洋光譜號” 公海遊航程
· 您的遊輪船票將享受同一類別客房保護政策（*根據航次實際房型可預訂情況而定）
· 您將獲得額外 150 美元的船上消費額，可在轉移的航次中使用
2. 如您選擇取消原有預訂
· 已支付的船票費用和港務稅費全額退款。
· 如果您已經為您的航次購買了行前預訂，也會自動退款。
· 最後，如果您在原有預訂中使用了未來航次抵用券並且您要求退款，我們將會重新為你生效已使用之未來航次抵用券，並退還額外已繳付之費用。

Dear valued guest,
At Royal Caribbean International we have been working hard to bring our entire global fleet back to service. As we review and analyze our itinerary plans, we’ve decided to reposition some of our ships to offer our guests the very best experiences. Our original plan for Wonder of the Seas was to offer sailings departing from Hong Kong and Shanghai, China in late 2022. Instead, Wonder of the Seas will offer sailings out of Orlando (Port Canaveral), Florida. Unfortunately, this means your sailing will be cancelled.
We understand how much time and effort go into planning your cruise and are terribly sorry for the impact to your vacation plans. Due to this change, we will be providing you with the following two options:
1) Transfer to Spectrum of the Seas sailings:
HKG residents are eligible to transfer to Spectrum ‘Cruisecation’ sailings between Dec 2021 and March 2022
Your cruise fare will be protected at a similar category (*subject to stateroom availability per sailing)
You’ll receive an additional $150 of Onboard Credit to be used onboard the transferred sailing
2) Full refund:
All booked guests are eligible for a 100% refund of any paid portion of your cruise fare, including taxes & fees, to the original form(s) of payment.
If you’ve already purchased Cruise Planner Items for your sailing, they will be automatically refunded as well.
Lastly, if you used a Future Cruise Credit on this sailing and you request a refund, we’ll refund any NEW funds paid above the certificate amount, and we’ll reinstate your original certificate.
