Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Position Summary / Job Purpose:

This is a key role in Direct Sales team, who is accountable for achieving sales target and continuously expanding sales channels. This role will lead and own Royal Caribbean’s stores on all 3rd party platforms, such as Alibaba and Tiktok. He/she should be a seasoned e-commerce and marketing professional specialized in developing and implementing effective strategies to identify and generate sales through e-commerce channels. This role is also responsible to develop new stores as needed, and responsible for overall E-commerce strategy, operation, optimization, and iteration of 3rd party platform stores.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and formulate annual strategy for 3rd party platform stores, including Alibaba, Tiktok, etc.
  2. Establish monthly operation plan and KPIs with vendor, including but not limited to sales result (BK, GMV), traffic volume, conversion rate, databank volume, membership, DSR, products rate, UI&UX etc.
  3. Lead and manage a team of 4-5 people from store operator vendor, on daily store operation, user engagement, promotion update, paid advertisement operation, 3rd party platform social content development.
  4. Plan and control the budget of paid traffic in Alimama media buy system and ensure good CPC/CPM and cost effectiveness.
  5. Manage and coach internal team (1 direct report) on regular store live broadcasting planning, execution, and Taobao KOL live broadcasting cooperation. Ensure good viewership, engagement rate, and sales result through live broadcasting.
  6. Work closely with guest service team and coach the dedicated Fliggy chat agents (2-5 people) to improve sales conversion as well as guest satisfaction rate.
  7. Sign the annual MOU/JBP with 3rd party partners(Alibaba group) and keep good relationship and frequent contact with partners to obtain helpful information and resources support.
  8. Cooperate with 3rd party partners’ operation, product and technology team to improve the user booking experience of cruise industry.
  9. Lead the coordination and integrate resources to expand new E-Commerce channel. Develop new sales opportunity through different Top E-commerce platforms not limited to Tiktok, Mafengo, JD, etc.
  10. Plan and implement at least 3 top level Campaign during the year, including Super Brand Day, 618, Double 11 etc. and achieve aggressive revenue target and store follower increment.
  11. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly key data, make analysis and report to review the performance and adjust next step plan in order to maximize results.
  12. Prepare brief or training material to related stakeholders/vendors/supporting teams before project/Campaign launch.
  13. Closely communicate and cooperate with other supporting teams (Accounting, Marketing, IT, etc).

Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • At least 4-5 years’ experience in E-commerce 3rd-party platform store operation (Tmall, JD, Fliggy, VIP, etc.) and achieved the GMV volume not less than 50,000,000 RMB/year.
  • Be familiar with online travel media or OTA business.
  • Dedication to work, aggressive attitude will be extremely important.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and priorities
  • In-depth knowledge of technology savvy and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, able to coordinate and cooperate with other departments.
  • Problem solving and multi-task skill, Willing to accept the challenge and pressure.
  • Respect, willing to get involved with the company culture and ethics requirement.
  • At least CET 6.
