Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Position Summary:

The Primary purpose of the role is:

To maintain & strengthen the solid relationship with selected strategical trade partners.

To ensure we possess the required influence upon our strategical trade partners.

To ensure our strategical trade partners are loyal to Royal and willing to provide necessary support to us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure that our annual guest and revenue targets of assigned major accounts are being achieved.
  2. To implement effective account management and ensure these major accounts will keep in line with our strategic directions, and to ensure that we achieve our target market share within these accounts.
  3. To ensure that High Growth Accounts are identified and robust growth plans in place with each of them.
  4. Work together with trade partners to source business opportunities and develop proactive and effective sales campaigns, ensuring that our co-op funds are properly invested in areas that give us the greatest return on investment.
  5. Work closely with the Regional Head of Marketing and Revenue Management to ensure the effective and timely implementation of key campaigns.
  6. Provide adequate training & support to these accounts for ensuring that our products are well understood and being sell out smoothly with proposed pace.

 

Financial Responsibilities (For management roles only)

 

  • Ensure guest targets and NTR targets achieved.
  • Ensure key projects’ KPIs are achieved.

 

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

List the minimum level of education and experience required to perform the work.

  • Proven sales experience and successful track record
  • Leisure or travel industry experience required preferably plus extensive trade relations.
